I picked Neutral Evil, but I have a lot of concepts to consider, and so I'm not sure if that will be my final decision...

I'm tempted to go with Lawful Evil or Neutral Evil, ruthless to his enemies and selfish enough to seek advantage above everyone or exploit the situation for his own benefit, but will be generous to a few friends who earns his trust and quite overprotective of his lover.

Can we like... Submit to the 'new god'? I mean.. Go to hell with Thedas, I work with this dude now *zap Hawke with lightning bolts*
I wish there was an opportunity to side with the Illusive man in Mass Effect.. Like become a full fledged Cerberus operative.. If not in the main story line maybe in DLC.. Mass Effect : Cerberus.. Unlike in Darkspawn chronicles where we play as Darkspawn but the pc himself became the bad guy..
It would be cool

Thinking I'll do lawful neutral bordering on lawful good for my first run though inquisition. Given that I'm go Dalish orgin It makes sense to at least start as kind of aloof. On that note I'm eager and curious to hear the reason non-nobles have to be at the summit.

I typically prefer Chaotic Good when DnDing, but I don't like alignments as they don't really cover everything.

Chaotic good. Cause no matter how hard I try to be otherwise, that's always where I end up. And yay, polls are back!

I don't know what my alignment are. can you tell me If....
I always help people.
I always not ask for money reward, except that character is evil or very rich.
I respect order BUT agree to break it if necessary.
I enjoy killing bad people but don't like the torture.
What am I ???

Using the dnd system my alignment in games ranges from chaotic neutral to neutral evil.
I prefer helping people for influence and for favors. I'm more likely to help innocents than step on them to advance my goals, but I won't fight for them unless it's for mutual benefit.
I will avoid or fight anything that restricts my personal liberties but I'm not sympathetic to others facing the same problems. I dislike the elves mainly for this reason.
I test the waters before committing and I'm more likely to lie than keep my word in most encounters. Also I'm mostly paranoid.
I like combat artistry but I prefer to fight my enemy dirty and with an advantage. I also like duels and I like these to be fair.
I'm not big on making deals. I prefer the world "understandings". When someone goes back on his word he should expect retaliation but I don't hold grudges after the situation is resolved.
I don't care much for justice and laws. I will set a murderer free without a second thought if I think he has a better use than rotting in a cell or losing his head but there is always a risk vs reward decision to be made and that person will probably end up dead anyway, either by combat or killing him myself after he outlived his usefulness.
The main difference I perceive between these 2 alignments is motive and background. But they have 3 characteristics common that I consider important. Individualistic, unpredictable and neutral/indifferent. But to be honest, the alignment system is DnD's weakest point. I don't really feel I can express most of my characters using it.

Sounds like chaotic good. It's pretty vigilante (think Batman) to have no problem taking out those you deem bad for the greater good.
