That's actually a pretty cool idea, but I don't think it's significant enough to track all of that information.

Well - the Keep makes a LOT of things easier to transport I feel.  Maybe you could get an inventory of your items to pick a handful to appear randomly in game.

 

It's not going to happen - just thought it would be cool.

I'm going to enchant a sword to be able to turn into a shotgun and name it Megatron.

Seriously though, it'll likely depend on what the origin or purpose I want to give a weapon will be.

But at least one weapon Iron Bull uses will be named "Thanatos". That much, I am certain of.

Well I haven't really planned out all the names for all of my inquisitors' weapons, but I think I know what I'll do for my rogue.
