Briala is an Elf, and she has brown hair and darker skin.
Wait, is there something that suggest a bald lady-mage she's from Tevinter? it could be random apostate for all we know.

Well; the ancient elves are rumored to have been immortal.....the golden/black city is also seems to have some connection to the tree imagery in the DA games soooo......ancient elves were immortal due to tapping into Black City/Taint IE the Darkspawn?
Would explain those eyes.

Interesting, well one of the element in this game will be focused on Mage-Templar War and they show a group of (Red) Templar kneeling in the trailer few second before this mage shows up so I thought they would show something on the Mage side, but it could mean Tevinter Imperium intervene with this war as well.

It looks like Morrigan is casting a spell on him? Who know maybe waking nightmare looks like that?
That it may be the person Morrigan and the inquisitor was fighting earlier in the trailer. I guess she interrupted his spell casting, maybe reading his mind. Used a necromancy spell to keep him alive abit longer to get info, ala Yavana?
