I think it's more likely that Corypheus is controlling the Warden and not the Elder One, if the Warden is being controlled at all which I think he/she is not.

Ok just so everyone knows. The OP of this thread is the dude who made the "Bioware is trying to make your inquisitor gay" thread. So this is probably a troll topic, I say ignore it.

Bioware has confirmed Hawke for Inquisition but declines to comment regarding the Warden. I doubt Bioware would go to the trouble of bringing Hawke back and not include the Warden. This makes me think that the Warden will be back in Inquisition just not the way we want him.
In the trailer you see a soldier with glowing green eyes who is clearly being mind controlled by The Elder One. I think this will be the Warden's fate in Inquisition. If your Warden survived I think he will be one of The Elder One's general's and you will be given a side quest to defeat him. The Warden will be fully covered in demonic armor. After his health falls below 50% his helmet falls off revealing none other than The Hero of Ferelden! You and your party members all gasp. Dramatic music plays and then the real battle begins.
After defeating the Warden he is finally free of The Elder One's control. You lean closer to hear the fallen hero's final words. "The Elder One must be stopped. I entrust the world to you Inquisitor...." The Warden slumps over and dies.
Doing this would allow Bioware to please the fans by including the Warden without the hassle of trying to figure out how everyone's Warden should behave in Inquisition.
Please no.

What the heck is that strip across Hawke's nose supposed to be now anyway? I get it was blood before, but it looks like duct tape now. :S

I suppose that might fix the "problem" of their voice.

Warden returning and in what fashion probably hinges heavily on the Witch Hunt DLC.
Damn, so many playthroughs are going to have to be done...again! ![]()

I thought the guy with glowing green eyes looked like a dopple ganger to me... had the same armor as the Inquisitor though you cant see the face...

Lack of Voice Actor really hurts the Warden's chances, I say.

the warden not having a voice actor is precisely why he/she should be here. The character is easy to write, no dialogue, just action, sweet blood spurting action.

It's not. Devs said in an interview months ago that there's no character creator in the Keep. I don't know how that fits in with Mike Laidlaw saying we can decide the appearance of any previous main character that turns up.
My theory:
The Keep captures the flag that you have a prior Warden and Hawke.
With a Keep import, the CC existing in-game invites you to customise your past Warden and Hawke (may even include the m/f Hawke presets) as part of the character set-up. That stage would simply not appear for a default play-through.
By the use of this mechanic there are no additional resources needed other than using what is already there.
Result:
True: there's no character creator in the Keep.
True: we can decide the appearance of any previous main character that turns up.

It is actually duct tape. Hawke screwed up in DA2 so badly that she was beginning to fall apart.

I really don't think it's that hard to believe that the CC for our Wardens and Hawkes could appear in the actual game. Whether before or after we create our Inquisitors. It wouldn't be the first time that a game had you create multiple characters for a story. >.>

Eh, I'm not so attached to my Wardens that having them offed would kill me. Let's be honest; they are Wardens. It's not like they are headed toward a sunshine and rainbows future even if they survived the slaying of the Archdemon. To me, forging off into the Deep Roads to be hacked to death by the first Dark Spawn who manages to catch up to you when you can no longer lift your sward anymore because you're too tired of hacking just sounds like a depressing way to go. Being offed in this game in some kind of grand, albeit evil role would be something a little less futile.
I would however at least like some kind of closure of how or why my city elf left her duties or my Cousland left Alistair. Those would be details that I'd be angry to not have a viable explanation for.
Now, Hawke on the other hand actually did have some chance for a good end even after the massive disaster that was Kirkwall. So, I'd actually be more torqued off if they did something nefarious with Hawke because Hawke had a decent shot at good closure.
