They've done a lot. I'm excited for the options. Heck, if I want my male character to wear makeup? I can do that too.
My only hope though is good hair options. God knows how much it makes me sad when no hair suits my characters face and I just have to settle for something until mods come out.

What I meant was that yes I want to pick scars but if you have played "fallout new vegas" there you can actually choose a complexity of how old your character really was and im hoping that they could do the same thing here.
I'm sure you can here too, though, they said your character probably will only be about 20-40 potentially.
Still makes me wonder how they'll handle the OGB. Hopefully it's not a copout and the Warden turns out to be a stay at home dad. xD

Something tells me the Warden is there, but maybe more so in the background. Like, were they to have romanced Morrigan, they're away taking care of the OGB, who we will also most likely not see. Not yet, at least.
What about a statue of the warden in full armour in Denerim whose appearance changes based on class gender and race? That would be cool, and be like them sort of appearing.
Hm, I'm wondering about that as well. Although I've kinda made my mind that my Warden would not be physically seen in Inquisition since I saw the devs' answer to Hawke being in the Enemy of Thedas trailer with some Warden (but not ours), it would be a nice surprise to at least hear about what they're doing at the present time since both Hawke and the HoF had disappeared by the end of DAII. Some sort of explaination or some mention of them would be fine by me (even though I love all my Wardens to bits). At least we got Hawke for sure! 
Maybe the Warden will make an appearance in the next installment? Who knows?
For me is that im disgusted if it comes to this: they bring hawke back but for the wardens part you get references and in the ending of DAI you only get a ending slide that refers to leliana or morrigan goes off to search for the warden if they were a LI form DAO, then the warden will stay disappeared forever. and considering past experience this is something that bioware could actually do.
It feels so convenient, cheek and pale if bioware choose not to include the warden in the story with an appearance while they have hawke in it (and two LI from DAO). If they don't grab warden part now then they never will in the future
Um, silly thought... But has anyone tried to ask them if they can clarify at least a bit what they meant by that? Because Melo was live tweeting and trying to keep up with what was discussed at the moment, if I'm not mistaken. Maybe he just botched the meaning of what he was trying to say...

After what they did to Miranda in ME3 to make room for Prothy, Cylon 6, and Calamary Sue I'm not surprised. We'll be lucky if the Warden gets a shout out in a codex or the map table.
