How would they know what precautions to take?

And the unauthorized salvage mentioned by Anderson likely was not in any way supervised or done in accordance with any protocol

This is why indoctrination is such a troublesome thing to write into the story. It's frikkin' space cooties, man.

It should be that once the reaper is destroyed, the indoctrination part is destroyed as well.

I agree. It's like if a bolt falls off of one of them and hits someone on the head, that person will be indoctrinated.

I just don't see the point in giving us the choice is it means absolutely nothing. It means NOTHING in the end.

This is why, Much like giving The Illusive Man the Collector Base, I always make Undina the Human Councilor in Mass Effect every-time now.

Nooo!

Massively got banned once again?!

Please come back, man. I really wanted to ask you something.

Gotta wonder if the team that inspected the various bits of Sovereign (not to mention the salvage crew assigned to sweep up the pieces) went all "Tekeli-li!" on everyone. The Leviathan of Dis was about a billion years deader and still managed to mindf*** the batarians who found it.

Clearly what was needed with Sovereign were batarian techs, given they could tell their billion-year-old Leviathan HAD ORGANIC PARTS.  And the Council's own people couldn't figure that out with fresh pieces.

Guess he didn't learn from the first time.

The timing is a little puzzling, though. I didn't see him do anything recently that would get him banned.

I think it's the first three or four times at this point.

Not sure what to do now that Massively's been banned again. How about this?

"What made me question ME3's plot is that you had to be friends with Anderscum and couldn't be more pro-Cerberus. I thought their experiments on Sanctuary were genius. If it accomplishes my Shepard's goals, then it's justified. Civilians have no value except as resources to be expended."

How'd I do?

If the mods found out that he was a user that had been permabanned before, it probably wouldn't take much of an incident to get him banned again. That's my guess. Anyways, I doubt he'll be gone for that long.

Sounds about right.

Any guesses for his next username?

Until then we can shout from the roof tops that Cerberus is nothing but a evil, no good, incompetent, terrorist organization.

Well, knowing that he's a Game of Thrones fan I'm guessing KingOfTheNorth.

Sounds like it's in the right ballpark, although knowing him I'm guessing he's not a huge fan of the Starks, who as I understand it are supposed to be the 'honorable ones.' But take anything I say about GoT with a grain of salt, as I haven't been following the series and am not knowledgeable about it.

The first time ME3 trailer was revelaed.

ME2's arrival concluded with Shepard stopping the reapers return. They couldn't have simply 'walked' into our system without using a mass relay.... oh wait, they did. WTH?

I also thought it was utterly stupid that the reapers are still trying to harvest humans by only few millions a day while the devs mentioned this cycle is special. Reapers SHOULD have bombard earth from orbit and simply wipe humanity out before they try something funny.

I pointed that out on this forum, and got bombarded by fans back then. Little did I know that ME3 would turn into a whole disaster.

I felt the same thing when I started the game with Shepard being relieved from duty. I gave up all hopes at that point, so when DEM came up I was like "whatever..."

I'm a fan of the Tyrells for their combination of pragmatism and morals, and the Martells simply because they're badass. "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken".

The Reaper you explore in ME2 sort of implies that as long as the Drive Core is still active, the ship can still indoctrinate.  Or something along those lines.  I have a hard time believing Reaper tech just passive indoctrinates everyone around it as an inherent effect.

I would've thought the same, except the piece of Sovereign lingering around Dr. Bryson's office had to be shielded too.

I can confirm that he is not KingintheNorth
