Well for me nothing did. The moment I was like oh crap however was Thesia.
Moment that made you question ME3's plot?

How many of the other prothean researchers are mentioned in the trilogy and have as much of a connection to the trilogy as Liara does?
None. But does that mean that Liara needs to be the one to be called up to go to Mars for what is essentially nothing more than an archaeological dig, while she has a more important duty to consolidate assets and prepare for the Reaper invasion by dissemination of useful information collected by her intelligence network? Nope. Liara doesn't have a useful reason to be on Mars until Shepard arrives, and lo-and-behold suddenly comes across a data cache that just so happens to have information on how to build the Reaper-smiting McGuffin device.

One of the first things Hackett tells you is that they've been researching the archives with Dr. T'Soni. And we know she's been there for at least a week prior to the reapers' arrival. Plus she had as much SB gear as she could fit already set up in Miranda's old room on the Normandy. That didn't happen after the invasion. Clearly she was going to run her organization from -- at the time -- Anderson's "command center". She wasn't on Mars for some random archaeological dig.None. I admit, I miss Miranda's room. It's amazing that Liara doesn't need glasses yet.

Are you saying Liara had her gear already setup on the Normady before the Invasion?

Except she was, and it's stated that she set up that stuff in Miranda's room after you pick her up from Mars. Traynor specifically says that it seems that Liara commandeered the XO's quarters.

Is it? Oh. Oops. I forgot, or subconsciously blocked, that first nightmare dream sequence shep had. I was thinking there wasn't enough time for her to set all that up. What can I say, sometimes I space bar my way through those early conversations. D'oh.Except she was, and it's stated that she set up that stuff in Miranda's room after you pick her up from Mars. I wanted to ask her who gave her permission to put that crap in Miranda's office

She was pretty quick about it. The ones who helped her must have hated her!

She has TV screens that have minds of their own. I can honestly say that those TVs are the example of synthesis. They follow where ever you are.

And yet, she still hates his guts. Vega's in competition with Grunt. So who has the quads/balls to win Liara?

We need more rooms! Who's idea was it to get rid of the armory? That could have been made into a room.

The room Thane had could've been used and the area where Jack stayed could've been used. Allers didn't need a room. She can use the bathroom that Shepard isn't using and put someone in the room that Allers has.

Since Allers is optional the room is pretty much useless if you don't recruit her.

The part of the SR-2 that bothers me are the two large stairwells leading to the lower engineering deck. They're so unnecessary and you could put so much more in that space.

I like keeping those cargo boxes in there. They have much more personality.

I made a point of waiting to do the merc missions on one playthrough but he never talked about Vido. Just kept going on about how the new guy was an idiot.
Seems Zaeed's dialogue is one of the many, many glitches in the game. Because I know I got it at least once.

The part where Shepard says, "We fight or we die." At that point I just wanted to die.
Eh, it's the same goober who canonically yells: "You're just a machine, and machines can be broken!" Shouldn't really be that surprising.

At least that line can be skipped by pushing spacebar fast enough.

It doesn't really take a whole lot of picking apart to see just how wacky the overarching narrative is from beginning to end in the entire trilogy. It doesn't help that adding things later because it's cool can raise even more nagging questions. Like, Sovereign had help from the geth, but I guess the Collectors couldn't be bothered to join the fun, despite being established with a serious base of operations at the center of the galaxy.

It's kinda like saying telling Superman "You're just a person, and people can be shot."
It's pretty damn stupid.
