A lot of people who want tactical RPG to fully become a half assed hack and slash.

We've been given ample demonstration that DA:I is a tactical game.
But MP being announced will change that obviously, Maria plz
The big announcement will be that the release of the game has been pushed to summer 2015 because Gaider is hungry.

I'm not sure whats more ridiculous getting upset over multiplayer being in a game, or getting upset over a romance in a game.
If the Big announcement was a toolkit...
PC players
Console players
And this is the exact reason why a toolkit will never happen, forget all the other excuses for it not being in the game. They don't want to upset the users of their target platform.

What if the toolkit is an XBox One timed exclusive? ![]()

Even so, Pax Prime is a pretty PC focused event. At the least, whatever gameplay they show I expect to be with KB+M.
MP must be why Cassandra's a male-only romance.
Low blow.
I couldn't resist. I apologize.
No hard feelings?
Curse you. I am compelled to watch those adorable baby sloths every. single. time. someone posts them.
Anyway, I am also betting on multiplayer. My only objection would be that it will probably take publicity time away from the handful of things I still want revealed. (The remaining romances and specialisations, the customisable AI, and a pony.) But I guess they'll tell us about that stuff eventually. As long as multiplayer doesn't impact on the single-player campaign, I will cheerfully ignore it and not object to its existence.
It could also be that companion ap, though, which might involve a different kind of multiplayer content. Resource trading, anyone? (Now that's a multiplayer I could actually enjoy. I'll swap you all this iron and elfroot for fennec and nug parts, 'kay?)
If they do have MP, I'm hoping it'll be coop similar to the flashpoints from TOR.
I'm thinking Coop MP.
Maybe control your buddy's companion(s) or somehow team up as Inquisitors?
That would allow pausing the game for tactical view.
How about Hawke being an Inquisitor choice instead of Trevalyan? ... Please? Pretty please? *puppy eyes*
What???!!!! I love Hawke but it's the Inquisitor's time to shine! Go Trevelyan!
I hope it's something other than MP. Where's that CC video??! I know they showed CC a bit but not enough.

Fereldans are 2 for 2 for human PCs. Now it's time for a Free Marcher to be the hero.
Double Post.
After recent events I have no doubt it's multiplayer.

Nevermore`Get thee back into the tempest and the Night's Plutonian shore!Leave no black plume as a token of that lie thy soul hath spoken!Leave my loneliness unbroken! - quit the bust above my door!Take thy beak from out my heart, and take thy form from off my door!'
why does every hint of new information instantly become speculation about multiplayer? lol! I don't really want multiplayer, but whatever I guess.
I hope the news is something better then that though. Something I actually care about: the last of the romance news, version exclusive features such as the ps4 touch pad being used in some manner, or reveal of that last DLC included with the Deluxe version.
