My pretty basic AW is geared to CC with Blizzard for some crowd control if needed, and now I need to choose between going the HEX way or the Virulent walking bomb.
The good thing about Spirit Spells is that you can cast all of them with sword in hand. I already have the lines up to Crushing Prison and up to Mana Clash (off course), but I'd like so more hitting power.
So... Hex or VWB?

With the WB spells you have the Friendly Fire issue to deal with. All the Hex line spells are winners, particularly when you consider that you can stack the first two.

VWB is awesome, but only if you have some decent CC (Paralysis Explosion for example) to hold the enemies together so the bomb affects all of them, and so you can pull back your tanks.
