Am still a little confuse on this, one of the developers said its not our warden as in the hero of ferelden. Then they were kinda vague about it and said if we did we would allow customize. So can warden appear or not in the game with Hawke? Plus I thought that was Alister and hawke
why only Hawke , and NOT the Hero of ferelden!? I have the answer

Based on? I haven't found a single evidence that clearly points out to the Warden being the Warden-Commander.
Everything regarding who the character is are mere speculations.
Because the Orlesian Warden-Commander of Ferelden can be substituted for the Hero of Ferelden.
And because Hawke is a PC-turned-NPC, that must mean the Grey Warden next to Hawke must also be a PC-turned-NPC, meaning that individual must be the Hero of Ferelden or the Orlesian Warden-Commander of Ferelden.
... or something like that.

Which are assumptions. If it is ends up being the case, that is hardly an evidence.

With DA Keep it'll be so much easier! we can create all of the stories we want!! God I cannot wait!
Looking forward to when they roll this out for ME4. Should be easier to test in beta, just one event with three choices XD
More seriously, I'm hoping there's an option in Dragon Age Keep for people who never bothered to complete DA:O or DA2. Something like "meh, my Warden died while trying to collect plants for the old bearded guy before the Grey Warden ceremony, and Hawke died of boredom during a fetch quest. Fereldon fell to the Blight, sorry about that..."

Eh, basic knowledge of how tropes work, a quick analysis of the "warden" and the general situation in the trailer
It all points out that:
1) The situation is a boss fight. A big boss fight with the biggest spider in the game as said in the twitter
2) Hence the Inquisitor, the Hawke and the third character are supposed to fight it alongside each other
3) For an epic fight with a frigging previous PC returning, the third character is supposed to be no less badass. Otherwise he/she would be a burden and should just stay away so the player can enjoy the epicness without random NPC trash getting into the scene
4) Hence it is supposed to be a unique NPC
5) Unique NPCs have unique appearence. This Warden doesn't: a rather blank face, hair and a standard grey warden uniform
6) Which actually fits the idea of the Warden-PC returning, since to fit their status they would likely be given a standard uniform to show their, eh, status as a Warden-commander
7) The specific explanations and hints that this is not the PC from Origins a.k.a. Hero of Ferelden yet no mention of DA:A
8) They went silent/no-talking-spoilers too quickly, to be honest. As if we figured out the truth too quickly and they can hardly avoid revealing stuff

I doubt they will allow you to do that. If you are using the Keep it is likely the stories of DAO and DA2 will have taken place.More seriously, I'm hoping there's an option in Dragon Age Keep for people who never bothered to complete DA:O or DA2. So I have to ask. If the Warden does appear in the game. Do you think s/he will have a voice?

What are the exact words of the tweet denying that is "our warden"?
If its something along the lines of "That is not the Warden from DAO" then to me that means it is the Orlesian Warden from DAO:A. Slightly different wording but technically correct.
And since we know the default cannon is apparently Dalish Warden Ultimate sacrifice and Mage Hawke, it would make sense if the Warden next to Hawke was the Orlesian Commander. Because c'mon, it would be so weird for them to be running around with 2 game protagonists and some random warden in the fade.

Some of it does. Some of it is speculation and logical reasoning
After all, there is no proof this is not the Orlesian Warden ;D

Hah, very true.
I do hope that you (and others) are right that it is the Warden (or can be), but I am keeping my expectations low until we get some confirmation.

That I understand and respect. That's... a safe approach
After all if this is all not true then...

I for one (with no proof) believe that to be the OWC if the HOF dies. It shall indeed be awesome when hawke, the warden and inquisitor meet for an epic bro down against the elder one.

The solution to this is simple... Ignore everyone else's opinions. Everything you believe to be true is fact.

you know what would be funny if we make them all look the same I have a habit of making all my chars look similar but with different classes
I dont think we should really worry about this sort of stuff what happends happends we can't control it

I'm going to create elf!war!me, hum!rog!me and qun!war!me and watch all three fight a giant spider monster in the Fade
Though, realistically, they all would just flee screaming like babies and having a panic atack due to trypophobia

DA2 trailers had a Male Mage Hawke everywhere. So the trailers aren't consistent as in DA:I trailer it's a Female Mage Hawke.

The dalish elf isn't the canon Warden, Jesus. There were three different DEFAULT world states that could be imported into DA2 including a dwarf noble and human noble who both lived. Your idea is also debunked on account that we get to choose what happened with Dragon Age Keep as well as who the Grey Warden was.
I think there's three answers here:
- Mike Laidlaw is lying about The Warden not appearing. He/she will appear but not with Hawke.
- Bioware decided it might upset fans to give The Warden a voice that they perceive doesn't fit so they've decided to not include them in Inquisition at all.
- Bioware just didn't want The Warden to appear.
People need to drop the idea that the "dalish elf" is the "canon" Warden. There is no "canon" Warden but if there was, it would most likely be Malcolm Cousland as in the character used to represent the Grey Warden in all the trailers and artwork for Origins:

Description states:
"Here are 9 new handsome and striking male custom character presets I made for Dragon Age: Origins. The default provided in the game are no good. I tried to give it a mix of many features: mediterranean, viking, south american, elven, arcane, magical, etc"
It's a mod.
The default Wardens looked like this:
