Just got this message when I restarted the game.
Been trying to get my DLC from the Steam pre-order DLX EDT to show up for almost a day now.
Hopefully this means its all on Bioware/EA's end and they're working on a fix?

i got the same things. i have a 360. i question is how does it know who i am? i was able to use my codes to get my dlc, but i can't get my characters to dl. i don't see a place for me to log in with my bioware account. i'm confused and frustrated. if i am supposed to link my xbox gamer tag with this account, how am i supposed to do that?

Did this get sorted out? It still occurs for me frequently.

It happens to me all the time as well, It worked right after I signed up for the Bioware social site and then stopped working again. Any ideas as to what it could be?

I also have that error frequently while playing on PC : "Timed out". Even when it doesn't happen, my profile is not updated. I have 10 more hours played and my profile is still not updated. Just a minute ago, my achievements were updated, but only the achievements...

Same here! And I am standing butt naked - all armor is gone. Reload doesn't help.

keep getting both the "timed out" and the "server error" messages
firewall disabled etc
way to go EA/bioware, how difficult is it to run a frigging website?

Same here. It happens to me as well. I'm not complaining though. It better be some unimportant online service than in-game bugs. Game itself is very solid and never glitched on me.

Any idea why this happened... Mine actually happened when i noticed there was a enable download content box in the options menu and ticked it and saved the game, the next day I got this message... first turbine now bioware, I hope this matter doesn't get serious...
I noticed I didn't get blood armour I then realised there were two seperate codes... looks like I was unlucky and didn't get the blood armour code, however I'm not complaining I got the stone prisoner code at least... the only problem I have to worry about is people not finding about my awesome achievements if I achieve them XD
I'm pretty sure I'm not going to care about blood armour... there's probably something better I can have later on if not just as good and even if there is not... more fun for me ^^

I get the same - it's very annoying because it's reset my DLC quests which mean that Shale won't talk to me and that some of the items I picked up in Warden's Keep disappeared from my inventory.
DLC is a bad enough concept to begin with, but when your paying customers get screwed like this it is inexcusable - I certainly won't be purchasing any more DLC for Dragon Age
