The decisions will be only made in the Keep or We'll be able to import files as well? Someone knows which kind of decisions in DAO and DA2 would be impacting in DA:I?

The Keep doesn't import save files from DAO or DA2. The Keep is just a website which allows you to set your world state of DAO and DA2 with about 300 decisions/flags. If each decision is one decision or if, for example, a decision with three choices is one decision we don't know. We also don't know which kind of decision will impact DAO or DA2. Only the gamers (and developers) in the Keep beta know what decisions are important are under an NDA and can't tell us yet. What we do know is that a simple question such as what was your warden's race and class will be asked. Of course we can speculate what may be important for DAI and what can be asked but it is not always easy to tell if certain decisions will impact DAI or not.
