Sorry for opening this thread here. I did so as I am not able to start a topic in DA2 forum itself. 

 

I was going around the internet to find the best greatsword and staff in the game and was going through other forums and threads both here and on other sites. That is when I encountered several people saying that at level 50 X weapon is so good or as good as Y and such. I was like what the hell?

 

So here is my question. How on earth were they able to get to level 50? the most I could get was 26. Someone told me that there is something like a new game plus feature in the game but I did not find anything. Neither did I find it in the past 20 times I have played the game. But still, is there any such feature in the game? if not, how the hell did they get to level 50?

I have no idea. I barely made it to level 5 or 6 before I had to sell it...

There was a glitch that could get you infinite exp and gold which involved those fetch quests. Basically, before it was patched, if you had the item an NPC required, you could go up to them and receive all the EXP you desired by constantly right clicking (or button mashing A/X). So long as the NPC never finishes their thank you dialogue, you can keep getting the reward if you kept clicking. This has since been patched but it allowed the player to ascend to high levels.

 

What forums have you been on that mentioned legit methods for LV 50 and a new game plus for DA2? Sounds like Bullshit Central....

Well, I guess that could be counted as a legit way I suppose even if modded, lol. Unmodded however, only glitches will get you that high. There's no new game plus mode unless someone made a mod for that too?

 

Hopefully Inquisition comes with a NG+ right from the start. Other Bioware games have had them but not a single DA game yet...

I checked for new game+ but no one has made any mods for that. That was the only thing I found online. and at least I can kick Arishok`s ass right this time without running around like a scared chicken. lol
