Just got back from seeing Expendables 3, better than the second one but some things felt a bit forced.
Anyway in one scene were the team is returning from a mission you can spot N7 jackets hanging on the wall of the van.

If anything "symbolic" about Shepard, it was dumped in there by a fellow Mass Effect geek as a way of acknowledging that s/he's a badass or something.
