I'm wondering if companions and advisers will have equally big parts in the story. Will we be able to talk to the advisers privately as much as with the companions? Will they all has as much to say? I'd hate to feel that I would miss something because I, for an example, chose an adviser as my LI.

I know they have said that you can only talk to your companions at the keep so I'm keeping my hopes up. Besides, it feels like they wouldn't have made non-companions LIs if they were smaller characters.

Also I hope you'll have much more to talk to them about than in DA2 but that they also keep the part were new ones are unlocked after you have played parts of the storyline so that it won't be like in DA:O were they later had nothing to say.

The advisors (Leliana, Josephine, and Cullen) have the same amount of content as party members—they have just as many interactions and are involved in the main story a great deal. About the only difference is that they don’t have party banter.

If I remember correctly the advisors will have banter dialogue at Skyhold instead.

That is great! :D

Yeah, I heard that also. That the Advisers will be talking to each other sometimes when you walk in and that you can hear them arguing.

I'm wondering if advisers and companions can have romances between each other after the PC have romanced someone, like Isabela and Fenris in DA2. I would really love that.

What I am hoping for is a banter between the companions and the advisors. Like Leliana and Varric shares tales of their adventures with the Warden or Hawke.

YES! That would be awesome! B) To bad there's not 2 characters that know the same PC well. Would have been fun to see them comparing notes. :P

i decided that I'm going to romance Josephine and you know i was thinking and i was like well a good part about not being able to bring your love interest everywhere with you is that you won't have to feel the need to bring them everywhere with you lol (sense u can't obviously) so then you have space to bring other companions along and see what happens between them and stuff. and you'll never have to see them on the brink of death when they get knocked out in front of you in combat  :)

but yep you still get just as much time with them.

If you played a mage warden, Cullen and Leliana could have something to talk about. Also if Morrigan interacts with either of them. Mage warden or not there could be some banter there.

Right. Bodahn! He has to be in the game! He and Sandal are so far the only characters that have had a big part in all the main games.

I second this notion. It is hard for me to play as a warrior (my default class, usually) for my Cassandra-romance playthrough. Can't really justify a sword and shield warrior as Cassandra fills the role of the tank, and I really like both Blackwall and Iron Bull so far (therefore also ruling out a 2-hander warrior). Still debating whether to play as a rogue or a mage for my first playthrough. Ideally you would want to take your romance option with you as much as possible to avoid missing any dialogue/interactions.

No such dilemma if your romance is an advisor.

Now suddenly I want to play as an Amell who had a love triangle with Leliana and Morrigan since both are returning in Inquisition, just to see if there is any dialogue between Cullen, Leliana, and even Morrigan who is also playing a large role.

How exactly would that work for all three?

Morrigan and Cullen are Heterosexual.

Namely you would need a male for Morrigan, a Girl for Cullen or either or for Leliana, namely because of romance limitations involving PC gender.

I think it's just because Morrigan knew the Warden that the dialogue would be there :)

I want to see Cullen, Morrigan, and Leliana talking about the Mage Warden. That would be fun. Especially, if the Warden romanced either Leliana or Morrigan.

Wow, now I'm imagining what Leliana and Morrigan would say to each other if a warden romanced Leliana but Morrigan had his baby.

*Big argument starts*

Varric: So they're arguing about...

Iron Bull: Yes.

Varric: I wonder if every hero in Thedas has these problems?
