1st Q: Is it allowed/possible to change threads titles in here? if so, how can I do it?
2nd Q: How can I add the spoiler button?.

To change a thread's title, go to edit.
Then from there click "Use Full Editor".
Then change the title.
For spoiler tags, type the following [ spoiler ] *whatever it is that needs to be hidden* [ / spoiler ]
minus the spaces and asterisks
