First time around, during Zevrans ambush before cutscene (one with letting him join/killing him) ever happened I think I somehow looted him. That stopped cutscene from happening so game probably just assumed I killed him. And since nothing was happening I just moved on to the next area. Then I was constantly wondering how is it possible that other people have him in the party since I never had that choice! He just died alright? 
I corrected that during my second playthrough though
Think I've mentioned this in another thread but anyway, I didn't know how to use the litany thingy in the circle of magi so I ended up killing all the mages. As a result I had to use blood magic to save that stupid kid. Then Alistair got all angry at the warden, they argued and that was the end of that friendship. It put me off Alistair for subsequent playthroughs too.
But the stupidest thing I've done on any game has to be Oblivion. Didn't find out about fast travel until 20 hours into the game >_< did make me really appreciate my horse though.

It didn't take me that long to figure out fast travel but fear not it did take me like 10 hours or so and best part is I found out I could do it by accident.

I got one, even uploaded it onto my Google drive, just can't figure out how to import it without having to figure out how to use photobucket or imager. It's not all that good, TBH, I only got half his face.

When I first went to the "mountain top" right before the Gauntlet to get Andraste's ashes, we were walking and saw this "gong" in the middle of nowhere (PS3) and I thought, "Oh music! We must get some special prize for ringing it. *shakes head* Two terrifying minutes later this was all that was left of us.
I only picked Alistair & dog once to break me out of FD. (he was not with my warden when rescuing the queen). He was so bad at it. LOL~~Morrigan was right, Dog actually WAS smarter.

I just type in the command to open and close the spoiler window.
Use square bracket keys "[" and "]" with the word "spoiler" between them to open the window, type in your text or add your image, then close by repeating the open command with a forward slash in front of the word spoiler "/spoiler"

Today, I was playing and a soldier at Ostagar was talking to me. While I was standing on his head. I sort just hopped up and standing perfectly still, I was on his head and I moved where he moved. I started moving and was on the ground again, but it was fun talking to a guy while I was standing on his head.
And that is exactly how I killed the Arishok as a mage lol
This is BRILLIANT .... but....if you play a Mage correctly the Arishok won't even get to move a foot before he is dead. (And yes even on hard)
