According to http://hurricaneging...a-i-tarot-cards this tumblr post, the tarot cards that appear in the game  WILL be the tarot cards included in the inquisitor's edition. And they're simply magnificent and beautiful. 

 

Now, I for one, was literally going to buy the inquisitor's edition soley for the cards, because the concept sounded amazing *other stuff is awesome too but custom painted tarot cards? yes please!* But sadly, even then they ran out of them production wise *the inquisitor's edition*

 

So tldr, Are there any plans to sell the cards separately? Because please, please please, I would love to buy these beautiful cards in their phyisical tarot form because they're just astoundingly awesome!

If you really want them perhaps you can check eBay after the release of the game? I assume people will be selling them, but the price could be a bit extreme

Seconding this! I would absolutely pay for the card deck. I know it's supposed to be part of the incentive of getting the Inquisitor's Edition, but given that there were a very limited number, and very expensive, it seems like a good idea to offer the card deck on it's own. Even if it was at a later date (to give those who ordered the big edition the feeling that they still got what they paid for).

I have no Idea about Tarot whatsoever, but I would buy this Deck anyway. They're that awesome.

I would love this! Agreed on maybe waiting to give more of a benefit to people who paid for the Inquisitor's edition, but I would love to own them some day. They are too beautiful! *-*

I would love to have these Tarots as well. I collect couple decks, and this would be nice to have for a game I love. One of the biggest reasons I would of wanted that edition.

It would be the first time I'm buyng a videogame gadget (beside the KH key... it was a beautiful pendant)  I totally approve of the chance to buy those separately. I can't efford the entire inquistor edition, but just the cards...oh, yes!!!

I'd pay for just the cards. I love tarot cards so having a Dragon Age version of them? Uh Yes Please! Even if I have to wait for a long while for them to be sold I'd happily buy them up.

I would LOVE the Tarot cards. I'm kind of kicking myself for not getting the Inquisitor's Edition while I had the chance. I would buy the cards in a heart beat.

Did someone put the Tarot cards on the Bioware store product suggestion page? I'd rather upvote an existing post than start a new one if it's already there, but I'm not seeing it and searching "tarot" isn't pulling anything up.

Honestly the tarot cards were the ONLY thing in the Inquistor's Edition I was interested in. Most of everything else looked like something that would just end up sitting in a desk drawer, untouched. Not worth paying $200+ just for the additional cards if I can pay $60 for the game without them.

I noticed that too. Wasn't sure if I just didn't get how the site worked or if someone's made the suggestion already and it needs to be approved before it shows up? Anyone know?

I doubt they would.  Selling it seperately would just undermine the appeal of the Inquisitor's Edition, which is already a very weak collector's edition for that price.  I'm guessing you are not the only one finding the cards to be one of the more appealing items of the IE, and if they were sold seperately, many people would be tempted to cancel their pre-orders for the IE and the IE's value on the secondary market would also likely drop.

 

The IE is still readily available in other regions, presumebly because people don't find it to be that interesting and because of the outrageous price.  In the Americas, the IE is sold out and it should be easy to find new purchasers for any cancelled pre-orders for the IE there, but in Europe and elsewhere (AU, NZ), I think if they did that, they would have to put the IE on sale to get rid of unwanted stock because I doubt the IE would sell until it runs out at that price if the cards were made available seperately.

but I don't have the money for a Inquisitor's pack.    I might check E Bay after  launch day.
