Disregard my previous comment, N7HQ isn't working. It did update my banner but not my manifest or credits.

I find it hard to scratch my itch for ME3 MP when n7hq is not updating.... Someone reboot and/or kick the server responsible for this, please!

Challenge scores are getting updated if you check them in game, but N7HQ doesn't seem to be updating the challenges, only the CP, and presumably N7 points.

I never realized over all the thousands of hours playing ME3MP how much following your challenges, repeat challenges, getting your first 10K, 20K,...100K Challenge Points, BotB Banner et al added to the game. 

 

It's a bit sterile without the real time feedback and rewards.

Same here, no N7 HQ updates, but since in Game progress seems ok, i vote on a connection problem between N7HQ and the Player Database.
So no problem, will update sometimes or when ME4 is released :-)

I thought it was just me for this, but I guess not. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, I'm 10 Turian Ghost waves away from finishing the challenge for the Council Operative title and I'd like to activate the alternate banner, which can only be done from the N7HQ. Same as everyone else, Challenge points total seem to update but nothing else does... credits, challenge tracker, etc.

Yeah, tell me about it. I finished Commando Mastery just today and I want the alternate banner. If I'll have to repeat everything I'll be more than just a little pissed.

Update: chat support now says this is a known issue and we should expect it to be fixed. Did not say when.

Hopefully that fix does come soon.  Really want to check on some challenges out of game.  It's odd looking at the time N7HQ updates.  It looks like it's updating ~24 hours in the future.  :/

I'm going to guess that whatever scripts are used to update the N7HQ every 15 minutes are no longer running. If you check challenges from within in the game then it definitely shows your progress. For example I recently completed the SMG challenge, which is shown in game but not on the N7HQ.

^True, in-game stat tracking works, just N7HQ not working, hope they'll sync all the data correctly when things get fixed.

Coincidence: I completed the SMG challenge about 5 minutes after you posted that.

I don't think they will since it was made for the sole reason to check up on your own stats after they included the challenges and banners. If the HQ went bye bye, you wouldn't be able to equip any alternative banner.
