If you want the regular banner, but the alts are only available through HQ afaik.

I was able to put the alt N7 banner on through N7 HQ a couple of days ago. It just seems to be challenge and manifest progress it won't register.

Oh I get that, I'm waiting to activate the Council Operative alternate banner myself, it just doesn't seem like there's such a wide variation in the degree of attractiveness between the original/alternate banners with BoTB as there is with one like Council Operative.

At least I'm stuck on the Alternater Dog-o-War. Also, Have never used the my BOTB, way to noobish looking and requires being able to carry on LOL silver.

Have talked twice with reps.. what they told me was not what I wanted to hear... seems like its not a wide spread problem as of YET... and was told they are working on the servers with their new up coming games... so unless this is a major wide spread issue looks like we are all on the back burners.. Also we may all have some sort of connection with each other.. maybe we are in same area, using the same EA servers... but at any rate after 3000 games in.. It's going to be hard to let it go...

I am not sure I believe them.  A quick informal poll on here will likely indicate N7HQ doesn't work for any user that posts here.

It'll still register as complete, and you'll be able to use the uglier broshep banner, since the in-game challenge system is still working. It's just not syncing to N7HQ (which has zero impact on your actual challenge completion) for some reason.

Yes call them... or do the call back thing.. it works well.. but the more they hear from the better... cause the person I talked to hadn't a clue about this thread (post).. good luck to all of us.. I don't want to go out like this.. not like this... :/

I've picked up an extra 1500 challenge points since the site went "down", so unless something really weird has happened, you have nothing to worry about.

I have had the same trouble since 8/15/2014; only my challenge points have been kept uptodate.
