Yeah, also having a problem with it not updating. Been going on a few days. Kind of annoying to use the in-game challenge menu.

What is N7 HQ?   I think it is just a generalised problem related to the s*** servers.  Maybe they will sort it and maybe they won't.  Probably getting ready to turn the servers off altogether lol.

There are lots of really odd things happening of late both in the game and out of it.   As long as my Xp etc updates after each match then don't see why it really matters a huge amount.

If you don't know, it's not really a problem for you, but to enlighten you: it's where people that want to check challenge progress without leaving lobbies go, and where you set the alternate banners for challenges already unlocked. It also has matches/hours played, inventory, etc.

 

Odd things happening in-game are lag, crashes are the multiplayer servers, but N7HQ isn't part of that, it just updates with the servers. And it's been down for a while, providing varying levels of functionality (it seems) to different people, but mostly just not working.

Just spoke with a representative. I was told that it will be fixed later today.

Mine seems to be updating again, at least partially. I think it is working its way forward. Prior to today, my most recent completed challenge on n7hq was Aug 15, 2014 03:50, and now it is showing ones from as late as Aug 17, 2014 02:40.

Yes... thank the Goddess... thanks to all who restored the n7hq... ME multi is the best game I have ever played, bar none... and its just not the same game without the hq's... ok getting ready to power on up.. ... also thanks to all who let them know that we still cared...

i also had this same problem but today (20/8/14) when i opened my N7HQ my stats were updated , maybe after changing the new banner through ME3MP in game challanges menu.

Took a while but glad it's fixed up.

 

Thought this might be a precursor to the N7HQ coming to the end of its supported life.

Mine is updated as well, but I haven't played in the last few days. Makes me think they moved the location of the data where N7HQ pulls from and didn't fix a script that copies the data to the new location. Anyway, it is nice to see everything updated.

Looks like mine is fixed, except for my missing gold solo. Maybe it didn't count somehow. Does someone joining on wave two and leaving five seconds later make it not count? Everything else looks like it's up to date otherwise.
