i just updated this thread with hyperlinks to all available story elements. I'm about 68% done with this project. Still needs lots of editing and missions. I'm focusing now on getting the essentials (main story missions) out of the way!

It's got a lot of potential, and you've clearly taken steps to plan for all eventualities.
Although the salarians, despite being a Council race, are still basically satellites to the krogan. You have a Kirrahe/STG alliance as a side mission. That was one of the things I thought made no sense in ME3. I think you should do more with that.
Other than that, well, let me know once you get all the links done, some of them I can't read.

The dark links are stuff that hasn't been completed yet. I most definitely will continue working through this though and get back to you as parts are finished.
