My guess is that they'll leave it ambiguous enough for players to make their own interpretation. To me it's hard to imagine the Divine would immediately be elevated to some powerful fade spirit upon her death. "Andraste" makes more sense given what is at stake. As for the hat, maybe the Divines where those stupid things because the Prophetess herself wore that headdress. The one thing that holds universally true in fantasy stories are the balancing of powers between good and evil. We have an unknown, incredibly powerful enemy that threatens the very existence of the world. It's not really hard to imagine that might get the attention of something equally powerful to counter the threat.

Doesn't take much to impress you guys. "You look vaguely feminine! Let's do it!"
"Yes. And I will leave my hat on."

And sorry to break it to you guys but this scene is probably not going to be left ambiguous as the lady will probably be calling to the PC, my guess is that she'll be the "tutorial voice". And besides how does the spirit of a victim of the blast helping the Inquisitor is biasing towards the Chantry? Just because it is the Divine? Her title is meaningless in this scenario, there is no need for ambiguity in this scene.

Some Fade Spirit. No particular Person.
Personally, I think it's a Spirit of Faith. Or Leadership. Or... what were the others main "Themes" of Inquisition again?

I don't think that Justinia was somehow elevated to a "powerful spirit" after the blast. The scene shows to little to assume that the spirit is "powerful" other than the fact that it glows, but in the Fade even the bugs... err.. I mean whisps glow,. the hat is making it kinda hard for me to imagine anyone other than Justinia.
Or maybe Andraste wore a hat like that at times when she was alive sometime. ![]()
I'm thinking that the glowy lady was either a spirit (faith or hope) or Andraste in some fashion.

Inquisitors left hand is the one with the green mark that can close rifts, Inquisitor reaches out to her in the trailer with left hand, Inquisitor is referred to in game as "Herald of Andraste."
It's probably Andraste.

She's featureless! All you can make out are two glowing eyes.
Having boobs, narrow waistline and hips=Hot. ![]()
On a serious note....can't that also be said for this character.

Going by some of the devs commenting that they're aware that certain messages are being sent with these somewhat spoilery trailers I imagine the "IT'S ANDRASTE!" idea was planted purposefully. Too obvious. If it is Andraste it will be someone/something else as well. Like Flemeth. Or Fen'Harel. Or Flemeth/Fen'Harel/Andraste.
