Whenever I buy a reserve/arsenal pack I make sure the picture has loaded before I buy the pack. It may not help my UR chances much but in the past 2 days I've gotten about 5 upgrades and I finally got the venom shotgun. So even if it doesn't help I feel like it does.

my ritual seems to be to immediately hate origin, then hate the match making system where 9 out of 10 match searches are me thrown into an on-going game wave 1.

 

I was thinking that "ritual" covered the stuff that was optional, so what you list doesn't count. Hating Origin is NOT optional.

 

(And you're lucky if it's only W1, and doubly lucky if any teammates are still alive.)

Did you take them off specifically so you can be not-wearing-trousers to play ME3, or were you just too lazy to put them on in the morning? If the former, yes, if the latter, no.

No Real-Life rituals, but in-game, first thing I do is get rid of the rocket launcher if at all possible. So if I automatically heavy melee or run for a ladder as soon as the match loads, that's why.

Funny, I make it a point not to let the thing load. If it helps, my manifest is maxed but the thing hasn't given me any cyclonic mods in ages.

I simply just bust out my four horned goat skull, dust off the old pentagram, and perform a sacrifice so that I may host my own lobby within ~15 minutes on my 360. Though I don't know if that counts seeing as it's pretty normal. I guess ritual-wise the only thing I do pretty much every time is I throw on music.

This is the most important part of any match. If pizza delivery is unavoidable, and that damn launcher comes back, nothing else matters until I get rid of the thing again.
