OK, so we know that all the DAO Wardens have alternate outcomes that happen if they became relegated as NPCs. Yet, the Orlesian Warden (AFAIK) has no such feature. What alternate outcome do you have for the Orlesian Warden? The Orlesian Warden could have become one of those KIA/MIA during the opening attack, still be in Orlais, or simply never have existed.
Alternate outcome of the Orlesian Warden?

Since the Orlesian warden gets sent from the Orlesian court, I think they'd still be there enjoying the good life if Fereldan hadn't needed a new Warden-Commander. Definitely better than the fate of the other origins characters ![]()

I think the Orlesian Warden is dealing with a new Blight in the Anderfels when Awakening ends. After that returning home.

The Orlesian Warden is what you create when you start Dragon Age Awakening with a fresh character instead of importing from Origins. It assumes a female Dalish elf Warden sacrificed herself to kill the Archdemon. It also assumes that Alistair took the throne.
The Orlesian Warden comes from the court of Orlais, and gets all kinds of special dialogue - mostly hateful - from the locals. One lord named Guy joins the conspiracy because you're Orlesian. The baroness likes you better because you come from her country. Characters like Alistair and Oghren explain things that happened in Origins that they don't bother to explain to an imported Warden.
