So, while I was messing around with the settings in my game, since I bought a new T.V. and wanted to test out what looks and sounds the best, I hit the "reset to default button" thinking it would just reset the area I was in, not all the settings, but it reset everything to default, including the difficulty. I'm towards the end of my insanity play through and now I'm really scared if I would be able to get the trophy I spent 30+ hours working for. I went back to the save I made before I started messing with the settings, but I'm not sure if it destroyed my chances at getting the trophy. Has this happened to anyone else and could tell me what happened?

If you went back to a previous save, you should be ok.
