The correct answer is "who cares?"
Enough people to make the SuperBowl the most-watched event on planet Earth, evidently.

I'm a little concerned by Sherman's injury but I'm still going to pick the Seahawks to win. Defence wins championships.

Aaron Rodgers has just been named MVP for 2014's regular season. Here are some high lights:
Here's the entire NFL Honors list, aired tonight 1/31/15, on NBC:

Daniel Bryan roots for the Seahawks.
The WWE is apparently very anti-Bryan.
In order to spite the WWE, I will by default root for the Seahawks even though I couldn't give less of a *expletive* about football.

As much as I love Aaron Rodgers and I'm happy he won. J.J. Watt is something else, he might be the greatest Defensive Lineman to ever play. I cannot get enough of J.J. Watt.

IMO, the award should be changed to something like "Player of the Year" so that it can be less position-centric like it is now.

That might help, but I still think there would be a pretty significant quarterback bias.

All they are is picks from people that work at ESPN.

and a random thought, with only one coaching vacancy left (Falcons), and with it most likely being taken by Dan Quinn it looks like Josh McDaniels will be staying at least one more season, personally i hope he stays long enough to take over when Belichick retires

Do you believe Belichick would retire if his team wins today? And if he does, would Brady stick around?

i could see Belichick retiring, he's up there in age and the temptation to go out on top must be strong, on the other side he's been coaching since the 70s, what else is he gonna do? For him i'd say it's 50/50, as for Brady, he says he'll play 'till he's 45 and i believe him, he's good physically, he has a good team around him and his ego will make him chase the 5th

2/1/15 It is Super Bowl Sunday. Here at last. I am comfortably ensconced at a favorite sports pub with a very excited bunch of mostly Seahawks fans. We've just finished watching a segment of President Barrack Obama in the White House kitchen showing off home brewed (as in White House brewed) beer and a large array of healthy football snacks (undoubtedly Michelle Obama's touch). I wonder if anyone's hiding some more traditional treats in that kitchen... ![]()

So it is my birthday and what do I get from my northeast family. Two patriots T-shirts, a hoodie, Gronk Jersey, and some Pats pajama pants. My family are jerks,
@Lunchbox that is funny with the spygate bs some years back they went rolled the regular season and the same commentators were crying because they were going 30 points up on some teams and how unsportsment like that was.

If it were any other team they would have been praising them with compliments on being "better".
