Been out a while (mostly grading tests), but I suppose I can make some picks. Obviously, it's cheating if I pick the GB/Minnesota game at this point (at the time of writing, Christian Ponder's QB rating is 26.0), but I'll pick the other ones.
Dallas over Houston: Fitztragic isn't going to be the guy to challenge Dallas' surprisingly competent defense, and I see DeMarco Murray having another big game.
Detroit over Buffalo: Just a few months ago Kyle Orton was retired; now he's starting. I still think he's better than the woefully inaccurate Manuel (who was probably the sole reason Buffalo lost to Houston last week), but that doesn't mean he gets it done against Detroit.
Cleveland over Tennessee: Coming off a bye week, I think Cleveland's offensive line and running game are enough against the Titans, who haven't shown me anything on either side of the ball.
Baltimore over Indianapolis: I just think Baltimore's the more complete team at this point; Indy's Andrew Luck and not that much else.
New Orleans over Tampa Bay: NO has struggled on defense, but I don't think Tampa has the personnel on offense to challenge them; they won't outscore Drew Brees and company, who I think will get back on track at home against a divisional opponent.
NYG over Atlanta: Atlanta can't rush the passer at all; this is bad news against the Giants, who are finally on track offensively and getting production out of unheralded players like 7th round pick Rashad Jennings and undrafted free agent tight end Larry Donnell.
Philadelphia over Saint Louis: I'm actually not too confident about this pick because of the strength of the Rams' defensive line versus a makeshift Philly offensive line. Still, the Eagles get Lane Johnson back this week; I'm counting on Chip Kelly's offensive acumen getting the Eagles through this one.
Carolina over Chicago: I see Cam Newton having a big day against Chicago's depleted secondary; Kyle Fuller looks like a really good player, but his crippling weakness is that he can't play all four defensive back positions for the Bears at once.
Pittsburgh over Jacksonville: Bortles looks competent, but he doesn't have enough experience or talent around him to win this game.
Denver over Arizona: While I think Bruce Arians might quietly be one of the best coaches in the game, I think Denver has too much on offense and Arizona not enough at the QB position for Arizona to win.
San Diego over NYJ: Not much to say about this one, honestly.
San Francisco over Kansas City: Kansas was really impressive last week against NE, but that might be because NE was just a worse team than we all thought. SF's run defense should be strong enough to prevent what happened to NE from happening to them.
Cincinatti over New England: Through three weeks the Bengals look like the strongest team in the league. NE looks like a mess, especially offensively. The loss of Logan Mankins to trade in the offseason didn't help, but just as significant was the retirement of renowned offensive line coach Dante Scarnecchia; the result is that Brady has no protection. Bad news against Cincy's d-line.
Seattle over Washington: When Cousins is bad (like he was most of last year), he's turnover prone. Against the Legion of Boom, it's a recipe for disaster.
