The fade has always been kind of green tinted, so that may explain the prevalence of the color.

The Maker is almost certainly NOT the Elder One, since developers have stated that they wish to keep whether or not the Maker exists a mystery. Besides, in the new trailer, the Elder One says that the Maker doesn't exist. Why would the Maker claim that he doesn't exist? Wouldn't it be easier for it to claim to be the Maker?

I don't know why the inquisitor's hand is green, or the glowy apparition for that matter, however green is a good glow color for what it is worth.

 

Highly unlikely.  I don't think the Maker would take so much time to mock himself.

I don't think they will make any religion being the right one. The demons can be just powerful creatures from another dimension (fade) that are causing trouble for everyone.

Andraste may have existed, as a powerful mage, not a divine prophet.

Wait! Who and what is the Elder one? At the beginning of the Enemy trailer, that was the Elder One speaking?

 

Yes, as far as we know, that's the Elder One. He's trying to replace the Maker, who may or may not even exist.

That doesn't make sense. Does it?

"Call down his wrath upon me."

"You cannot, for he does not exist."

"Bow before your new god and be spared."

All of this seems to indicate very strongly that the voice we hear is the Elder One and that he is trying to replace the Maker.

I think it says in the lore the maker had a wife, while that doesn't 100% mean male. It indicates it, I also think there is some other mention but I don't know for sure.
I'm no lore master, I just like killing things, witty dialogue, and a good story

I don't know, but it is heavily implied to be the Elder One, so I'll assume it is until I have confirmation to the contrary.

I never said that the Maker was male. Someone else might have, though. In-universe, Andrastians believe that the Maker is male.

The Maker is consistently referred to as "He" in everything we hear about Chantry lore. The idea probably came from Andraste herself. As for how we know it's the Elder One, the trailer's title and description heavily imply it.
