I was wondering if there's any news on the EU warehouse relaunching, or any improved shipping options to other parts of the world? It's still insanely expensive to have items shipped to the EU. I wanted to take advantage of the current sale this week, but it'd cost me the same as the shirt I wanted in shipping, therefore doubling the cost!! I'm not ordering a huge, heavy statue or book or anything, just one vest top - any reason why it's so costly?
International Store or Shipping Options

Yeah, I live in France, and I bought a shirt from Bioware store. Shipping cost me 13$.... It's like 10€ that is.. really expensive. :s For really expensive stuffs, I just don't buy at Bioware store, and wait it comes to Eu shop like Forbidden Planet or Archonia... <.<
If Bioware could open an Eu store, we will buy there... é_è

The biggest problem for me is when I would order from the Bioware store as is I wan't to make a big order (around $100), but than even with the high shipping cost you need to pay another 20-40 euro's on VAT and handling when it arrives over here. With the old EU store that part was the biggest perk on ordering there.
The thing I hate the most is that there is no word from Bioware or Treehouse on any of this. And sadly paying up to 60-80 dollars for shipping and taxes is just to much for me.

shipping is too much expensive guys, really you should do something about it, I just cant pay 43€ to ship my 55€ artbook, I would be super happy to buy stuff from the bioware store, but 120€ including fees I dont know there but HERE are a lot of money!
I'll buy you everything when you'll be a little more merciful to european customers ![]()

This.
I've bought a fair bit of stuff from the Bioware Store over the years, but I'm looking at the DAI limited edition in my cart, $70 U.S. plus an obscene $45 shipping. Add an unfavourable exchange rate, and the regular edition from Amazon at half the price and free shipping looks really good. I wish Treehouse would start offering alternate shipping, because MSI Parcel is gouging.

It would probably be cheaper to get on a flight to New york and order them to an adress there..

I have to agree with the previous posters, buying from the NA store when you live in EU countries is simply too expensive. How am I supposed to buy something from the store when the taxes and the handling of the parcel cost more than the items I ordered?
The International store was taken down months ago and we still don’t know when it’s going to return (if ever…). I know everyone at Bioware & co. is incredibly busy right now with DAI and all the new projects, but would someone please, please, be so kind to at least let international customers know about the future of the International store? Just tell us if it's going to come back.
(And wow, first post. Hi everyone!

I wouldn't expect an return of the EU store if I where you. I was hopefull that it would return around the time of DA:I release when they still had a button for the EU store, but with the new store page they removed that button all together. If there ever would be a EU store you would expect one around the realease of DA:I and the christmass period (as in that time would give the highest amount of sales). As it looks like right now there won't be one anytime soon, so I wouldn't expect one to return. Even though the shipping cost are very high already I wouldn't mind as mutch if they could somehow include VAT and handeling of the recieving country. That way you don't get unexpected extra cost and probebly saves on the hadeling cost too.
The sad part about all this is that we never got a message about Threehouse about this. If you look at this forum Threehouse is hartly pressent here at all. Would be nice that there would be a chance we would get some answer if we post a question on here. Lets just hope that with the new realease of DA:I there will be at least some activity on this forum from the devs/threehouse

Yes, I too have the feeling that the international store is gone for good. It's a real pity.

That's what really bothers me: the fact that they can't give us a straight answer. They have no problem posting about the new Tali hoodie, but they can't even tell us whether the store is going to return or not.

Yeah, I hope they make an EU store as well. Having to pay 26$ to deliver a 60$ hoodie to the UK is... quite ridiculous.

this is definitely the reason that stop me from buying hoodies and shirts... I would buy one per month because I love them all, but as long as the shipping cost remains so high I have no intention giveaway my own and hard earned money this way ://

Australia here, I would buy twice as much as I buy now if it weren't for the horrible shipping. $23 to ship two t-shirts....
I never buy anything unless there's a massive sale.
p.s. As a joke, I added all the things to my cart that I'd like to buy - 2x t-shirts and 4x paperback books. Total cost of merchandise: $105. Shipping: $128 !!! Grand total for two shirts and four books - $233! Insanity.

While the cost is insane, it does also include import Tax. I order to the UK and it seriously hurts my pocket.. My desire for Mass Effect 4 is equal to an EU Bioware Store ![]()
My last order was the two DA:I Giclees, and a DA:I Prima Strategy Guide. The delivery was:
Shipping & Handling $60.00

Well, I don't know about the UK, but in Australia's case, there is no import tax/duties for goods under a certain threshold (thousands? I forget, something much more than $100), so I don't feel like the cost is justified.
They simply need to add a budget shipping option. Premium shipping is nice but not necessary all of the time.

By the way. Here in the Netherlands the paperback books are also sold in local online book stores. Maybe that is a option for you too in UK (Amazon does have the books too). No high delivery cost or extra VAT. Once in a while I look online if any Dragon age stuff is available locally and have been able to get some nice stuff that way.

Yeah dont buy the books from the Bioware store. Unless you have money to throw away.

Unfortunately we don't have much choice to buy the books from the store because they either aren't available in our countries, or you find them for prices like these:

Nah, that's not. I was eagerly waiting to buy those marvelous character playing cards (7$). I was determined to get them. Probably, first time I really was expecting something from a BW store. I had a message saying they got them in store.... and that they can send it out to me for a humble price of 45$.
Helooooo! That's a deck of cards we're speaking about! It has barely any weight (50 grams at most) and it does not need a large box, no?

REALLY? 56 EUR OF SHIPPING? this is insane, I really really really really wanted to buy the World of Thedas limited edition but this is too much even for me! Please, just open an european store! fees ARE a real problem for us! and the shipping as well..

So nothing new under the sun since last we spoke? It's been almost half a year now, and I have a LOT of stuff I'd like to buy. I got the Fallout metal etching and the Vault-tec watch, too, and both set me back hundreds of dollars in shipping and import VAT, not to mention this ridiculous fee, the Danish postal service collects to even add VAT to your bill ;_;
So this store in the EU would be wonderful to me; I could get a tshirt or a mug and not worry about paying extra other than the shipping.
Please make this happen?

It would be really nice if there would by a better option for ppl in EU.
As it now is i would pay more than twice for porto than the products i want costs for themself.
