I would have to say Flemeth would be involved somehow somewhere or else why all the build up in DA2 with her weird escape of sorts. Not to mention Kate Mulgrew is an awesome person in RL I hope she is in it.

^ This. Flemeth has been in both games, her character arc is far from finished and we still don't know jack about her and her motivations. Flemeth not being in Dragon Age: Inquisition is the biggest way that Dragon Age: Inquisition could surprise me (and it wouldn't be a good surprise ).

Yeah, Flemeth was confirmed to be in the game during the Raptr Q&A a while back...

 

User: I think one of the most intriguing character of the entire DA setting is Flemeth. Are we going to know more about her, her daughters, her daughter's child (Old God Baby), and what are the links between her( or all of them) and the dragons? Even not explain entirely Flemeth's origin or purpouse, but a clue of those. And... what about Thedas' divinities? The Maker, the Ancestors, elven Gods... they all seem to exist. Maybe there is a way to explain all of them at the same time?

I recall IMDB had the wrong person voicing Cole. I don't recall who that was exactly, but I do know Gaider quickly dismissed that.

 

Not sure on the Sean Bean thing, but there was a thread wishing for that about a month ago.

 

Then again, it wouldn't be good news for us if Sean Bean was voicing the Inquisitor. Given his history it's almost a red flag for "THIS CHARACTER IS GOING TO DIE".
