You get to cook her nug, and never get to complete that side quest. (or main quest, I'm still not clear if you can only send advisors on side quests or if it's all quests that work through the war table)

cullen wont die, no matter how much i want him to.... Bioware is already on high alert for fanboy and fangirl arsonists who are pissed off about romances, angering the cullenites would not be wise at this point.
leliana cant die, we already tried that
josephine wont die, she will use her political skills to gain sanctuary with the demons if we screw up
It's like you know what happens in the game. 
I personally think everyone can die.
