Nah. It feels seriously weird, no offence. I did ofcourse make a female pc and then romance her with leliana but i cant do it with a guy. As for isabela, i did the thing to her and let her go. Shes far too volatile for me, Aveline is too mainstream and Merrill is......KittyLol, well I mean you aren't your character! Unless your character is based off you. I do straight romances with no problem even though I like dudes XD. I mean I couldn't even resist romancing Isabela lol.

Theres kaiden and Garrus. They r decent. If anything the canon female Shep was ugly.
Kaiden isn't too bad and although Garrus is a pretty cool character he's just too birdlike and boney. Jacob was a...well Jacob. The only decent one was Thane and he was taken away from us. You guys got Miranda, Ashley, Jack, Tali and Liara. Which all seemed fairly decent.
I think it's pretty even in Inquisition.
None of the romance options stick out to me either, the ugly stick is strong in inquisition
I feel that way as well, at first I thought perhaps it was the new engine they're working with. But Leliana looks stunning, better than she has in the past. The Stephanie McMahon of the Dragon Age universe. The new females, don't hold a candle to Leliana.
They are ancient. The memory of ugliness in da2 is still freshSo are we going to pretend that Morrigan, Leliana, and Isabela never existed? At this point, you have two options just like everyone else. If anyone is being punished (at all), it certainly isn't the straight male gamer demographic.

When i first saw jack i thought he was a guy; nuff said. Tallis was a tin can waiting to be opened which never did. Liara was decent but reminded me of squids. Miranda was hot; nuff said. Dude, if you're this judgmental about the looks of female characters to romance then you're pretty shallow. It's not always about looks you know!
I've never heard anyone say that ALL of Bioware's female characters that are hetrosexually romancable were ugly.
Maybe you should either not romance in the games or go play something else because obviously these games aren't cutting it for you.
Calm down. I said that im not a sucker for romance its just a good distraction, nothung more. As i said in my original post, my inq. I know what you mean. I am 100% comfortable with my straight sexuality yet in DA:I my character will be bisexual and based off of Oberyn from game of thrones/Zevran from DA:O. I also would have tried romancing Bethany one time just to see what it's like even though i would never think about it irl.
Also on the comment about looks of DA:I female romances. I can see why some people would be upset. It does not matter to me personally but there is definitively not that "wow" character for me like when i first saw Miranda from Mass Effect or Morrigan from DA:O.
