probably, yes.
I know it will never happen, but I would give it a chance.

Not a ****** chance
No, I'm not a fan of visual novels or life simulators, so it wouldn't be my thing. That said, if they made it look like more of a traditional adventure game I'd probably be curious enough to try it.
But I'd rather they stick to their standard genre.
What we need is a Fire Emblem/Dragon Age game. Strategic turn-based rpg with characters building friendships and romances from Fire Emblem combined with the storytelling from Dragon Age.
No. Just like I wouldn't enjoy a create-your-own party dungeon crawler created by Bioware, even if I think their gameplay is fun. The idea that people would enjoy a whole game centered around a feature they think is a fun distraction is silly.
I mean, I love the romances. They're awesome. They make me happy.
But I think what makes them work is that they're told in the context of a much bigger story.
I don't think I'd be nearly as interested in playing a dating simulator of Mass Effect, where very little happened but shipboard drama. What makes the Garrus romance for me is that Shepard and Garrus are always there for each other, kicking butt and taking names together.
Disclaimer: I know very little about dating sims. Like, nothing. So for all I know, shooting technozombies off each other is a key part of any good romance, and I'd totally love it.
I'd normally play anything by Bioware anyway, but if they could write romances for this simulator akin to the one with Alistair from DAO, hell yes, I'd play it. Like someone said earlier: In a heartbeat.
Yuuuuuuup.
LOL
I get a bit tired of combat, and games that mix it up are welcome so...sure, why not? I've played romance sims before with not nearly the level of quality writing we're used to from Bioware games, so I'm sure it'd be nothing but an improvement to the genre. I like my DA and ME games just fine, though.
No way. Some of the Mass Effect romances were nice, but only because of how they fit within the context of the game world. I doubt the writers could pull off a pure dating sim in a way that would leave me satisfied.
This sums it up
It will sell well with DA:I engine!
no my real life dating sim is hard enough ![]()
no i dont think so, unless there was a good story in it, i played the sims 3 and got bored to death of the main game, i just liked building houses.
That said, a Dragon Age game that focussed less on combat and honed in on the story elements - romantic and otherwise - would probably still be fun for me. Telltale are making Tales from the Borderlands ... Tales from Thedas, anyone?
I would love a Bioware adventure game with romance elements, but 100% romance ? no way, the romance in Biowares games work because it isn't just about romance, just like life.
Well as long as it doesn't take time away from the next DA game after Inquisition..... yes :v
I wouldn't enjoy playing a dating simulator period

Contrary to common perception of the company, I don't think romance is really bioware's jam.
They have yet to make a romance that is actually worth the effort put into it, much less one that justifies the uproar they cause with fans
Hatoful Bioware? lol
No thanks. It's like books. I like romance sub-plots in my books just fine. Relationships are a part of the human experience after all. But I don't read romance novels. And I don't play dating sims. Relationships should, when present, be a small part added for story-telling flavor, not the focus of the story. That just doesn't interest me.
No.
What else is in the game? I don't tend to play full on dating sims, but fighting or farming or living sims that happen to have dating sim aspects.
