I'm gonna get Xbox One so I would like to hear any suggestions on which attachment/game to get.

I know it's kinda looked down on for all the QTE's but I really liked Ryse. Of course it had it's problems. But I enjoyed it for what it was.

Definitely. If you haven't played it already and you like post- apocalypse/survival horror games, its a really good game.

Oh and others have said Metro Redux. I think it comes out next week sometime, but I don't remember for sure. As far as Black Flag goes, I think it was alright. I think it was a good game, but it didn't feel like assassins creed to me at all. I think it's worth getting. But I think it's definitely a step down for the series.

Its free this month, so if you get an Xbox One in the month of August you should download it.

 

Games with Gold is awesome.

 

As for other games, I currently have an Elder Scrolls Online stream playing on my Twitch app on my Xbox One and its great.

 

I get to lay here with my notebook posting on the BSN while someone on their PC is playing ESO and I get to watch/listen as they chat with their viewers and kill stuff.

 

Feels good.

A theory here, if you already have xbox live gold but don't have an xbone, could you use the xbone smartglass app or even xbox.com to tie the games to your account without having even had the console? 

 

I do wonder if that'd work.

It should, actually. Can't do it on a 360 naturally(different games are free on there) but Xbox One Smartglass and Xbox.com should theoretically allow the Games with Gold free downloads.

Well I do it for the 360 games all the time (usually because I can't be bothered booting it up), they just come up as free on xbox.com. I plan to do it for the xbone while I don't have access to it at uni. 

 

The only potential problem would be it knowing whether the account's been affiliated with an xbone or not.

If you're getting an X1 you need to grab Rise of the Tomb Raider. Somebody's gotta play it while we PS4'ers wait in the cold for our chance at that game

 

Other than that I don't really know much aside from the ones already listed. The only games I'm waiting for aside from those already listed are The Order 1886 and Uncharted, but those are both exclusives.

I think you've got all the big games that will be coming out in the near future. Sunset Overdrive looks like it might be fun. Arkham Knight looks like it will be a must own title. Same for the Witcher 3. Then there is Rise of the Tomb Raider.

As for games coming out this year, I would definitely pick up Destiny and Halo: Master Chief Collection. If you are into driving games then Forza Horizon 2 looks good.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is far enough away it doesn't deserve a mention, BUT

 

Tomb Raider The Definitive Edition DOES deserve a mention and should be played
