It has Internet Explorer as a browser. Doesn't support Flash, but does support HTML5.
So we were online posting on the BSN earlier. I'm on my notebook now, but my One is still online, looking at an old page of the forums. 
Earlier today on my Xbox One I was watching speed runs of SSX 3 and Kingdom Hearts 2 on Twitch, then perusing the internet trying to help Earthbound find episodes of animes online he could watch in the UK in HTML5, which I did find. Then I proceeded to watch a little Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Angel Beats, and RWBY all on my Xbox One.
Edit- And I just now finished up watching a RWBY Developer's Livestream with Earthbound on the Youtube App.

It would be tempting if there was a Borderlands game on the (X)Box. Sadly the next Borderlands won't be for the new generation of consoles, happily it is for the PC!
Gotta admit, the white X1 looks slick. Gonna stick with my Day One version though.
I tend to prefer black for consoles. That one does look kinda sexy, though. Not interested in Sunset Overdrive, alas. Not really interested in anything bundle-y, so might be I'll sell whatever game comes with whichever bundle I pick up, should I indeed get one of them.

There's the Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Bundle. The console itself is based on the game which might turn you off, but it does come with a 1TB HDD as compared to my Day One's 500GB HDD.
The 1TB is nice, but I'm not a big fan of the design; I'd rather my console look more generic, as silly as that sounds. Plus, the pricetag on that bundle is steep!
