You know the writers also said what the characters would drink... off the top of my head I remember for Wynne it was microbrews.

Someone remember to make that speculation thread.

 

That's right, in the spirit of the Disneyquisition and the Fishquisition I'm absconding with my own suggestion and starting up the guessing of the drinks of choice for the members of the Inquisition. Take part in such wondrous speculation as whether or not Dorian is or is not actively avoiding drinks that get foam in his mustache, suss out whether Leliana is wine or cocktails, which is the most Cole of sodas, and argue viciously over which year of Coppola Cabernet Sauvignon is Vivienne's preferred. Does Harding only drink genuine dark beers!?

 

Keep in mind this is the drink choices of the Inquisition topic not the always popular what drink best embodies a character of the Inquisition topic. Also official developer declaration of character drink preferences are encouraged.

 

Lastly my apologies of course to HuldraDancer if this was next on your speculation list, to andar91 for springboarding off your food and drink speculation thread, and to all those who will likely inform me that this thread already exists 50 pages back in the forum.

Varric is clearly a connoisseur of premium ale. Because dwarves + Ale = drunk dwarf.

I don't get why people are acting like Cullen ought to either like girly drinks or only the light stuff.  He strikes me as the sort of person whose entire personality changes when he drinks--he doesn't do it often, but when he does, it goes downhill REALLY fast.  That, and WHEN he drinks, he drinks to GET DRUNK, NOT to have a "good time".

I could see him drinking neat vodka in grim solitude.
