Wraith wasn't in ME2.  The Eviscerator was and had this description:

 

 

 

 

One of the few that has basically the identical description in ME3.  Anyway, Wraith just says this:

 

 

 

So we don't know.  This falls into the ambiguous zone.  I would probably tend to just list it as Human in origin, if not Alliance.  Then again another real life example that shows this might be a false assumption is the HK416, which is a German modified version of an American weapon.

No, the Wraith didn't exist until ME3, or rather it wasn't mentioned until then.

 

Ones I think I remember were Katana, Scimitar, Firestorm, Tornado, Sokolov, Storm.  Not sure if there is a good list somewhere (people could lookup the manufacturers individually on the wiki though).

Reegar is capable of cover penetration, and as such is capable of multihits.  This is part of the way you can one-clip a Platinum Atlas with it on Inferno Grenade characters with only bs bonus like Shotgun Amp I.

The old ME1 Wikki lists all guns by groups, and if I recall even the ones you can only get through console commands.  Same with the armors, etc.

They created the original Krysae that had to be nerfed into oblivion because of how much it trivialized the game.

Claymore is Krogan, this is one people are going to have to resign to good old common sense. I know what it "says" but come on. No one has ever looked at a Claymore thought "yeah, human".

I like the versatility of the Alliance weapons, so I'm going to vote for them. There are a few weapons that I do enjoy using from other race/groups, like the Arc Pistol, Talon, Claymore and Phaeston. Since my manifest is terribad, I haven't really used most of the rare/ultra rare weapons, they weigh a little too much for my liking and I mostly play casters. Maybe my opinion will change once my guns get above third rank, maybe not.
