I actually had a dream last night that I was in a wintery place (Edmonton? lol) and standing in line outside of a coffee shop, and I ran into Allan Schumacher. 

 

Now, I have never met Allan Schumacher, but I can tell you that he was very, very TALL...and he was carrying around the demo build of DAI in a little plastic baggy while getting coffee in the morning. I said hi and shook his hand and we chatted for a bit.

 

So no creepy hugs, but the dream itself was weird.

I'm also getting myself too worked up and getting excited that they might surprise us with a big demo like last year. I can still remember how watching that one jacked up my hype for the game!! And this time it won't even be a year away, haha!

Cause the devs have been hyping a big announcement for late August, which coincides with PAX. There's also been some "can't wait to show this at PAX" type tweets.

And no, it's never enough. Never.

To add to this speculation Jos Hendricks stated on twitter he is going to PAX.  He is a level designer but he was one of the principle level designers for ME MP.

 

While exciting, I seem to recall a tweet of his from sometime this past year (sorry, folks, but I'm not gonna go hunting for it) that stated he isn't working on DAI. I think he may be assigned to either the next ME (even though the Montreal studio is largely the one footing that one) or the mysterious new IP Edmonton's been hinting at.

While exciting, I seem to recall a tweet of his from sometime this past year (sorry, folks, but I'm not gonna go hunting for it) that stated he isn't working on DAI. I think he may be assigned to either the next ME (even though the Montreal studio is largely the one footing that one) or the mysterious new IP Edmonton's been hinting at.

He was working on DA at one point I am 99.874695035 % certain he was.  Being a level designer or environs artist or whatever his official title is he has probably finished with his level work for DA.  (And hey.....don't go spoiling my conspiratorial flights of fancy!  It's all I got!)

I don't think a dev has mentioned anything about it. They rarely do, until it's actually announced.

They've showed 4 demos now? WOW. We'd be lucky if they do again. I wouldn't protest, but I'm not going to get my hopes up. I'm assuming it's just going to be a talking panel or 2. Maybe a trailer?

Here's to hoping they'll show some love to male elf players D: I'm super excited for PAX and I'm also excited that I won't have to stay up till 1 to see what's happening :3

Well maybe the demo we saw at Gamescom?

I'm not expecting a brand new demo .

But I think it's the last big gamer event before release , no?

Anyway I don't know , I just hope we'll get the informations/panels quickly

There's going to be a Bioware Base there, so there might be a theatre to show demos. 

 

I'd wait for the announcement of what the schedule is, though.

I'm not really expecting a demo. But if there WAS one, I would want it to be an elf rogue Inquisitor since we've barely seen that yet. And I'd love if our mage companion was a different build than what we've constantly seen (with the exception of Solas in the latest demo).
