Heh. I might have to enable xbox live for the shortest period possible. And then import ALL MY SAVES through it or however that winds up working. 

 

The internet's not really good enough up here to enable me to get much out of anything else on xbox live. I'm looking forward to seeing how it works. Been vaguely hiding from too much information for fear of excessive spoilers.

An XBL Silver account can still get you online, so you will not require XBL Gold.

I'm glad I have both Origins and DA 2 linked to my account then sounds like its going to be handy, good thing I planned another play through of both games before Inquisition comes out. Really enjoyed the demo!

It's a multiplayer app for PC and mobile platforms... like the N7HQ for ME3. I think it's supposed to help you prepare your characters, see your armory, crafting materials and all that.

Inquisition HQ, an app to set your characters up for multiplayer, is coming up in the next panel. My last panel of the day!

That's not it at all. If you don't have any synched characters to import, you just start a new one from scratch right there at the Keep and set all the story choices you want.

This. If you don't have a previous character, never played the games, and come in completely fresh to the Keep, you can still set up everything including characters and their decisions.

Actually, not even that. There's literally no importation from any other source but the keep. It doesn't matter if you have save games in any other source, you can't import anything about them into Inquisition. The Keep is the only way to alter world states (and hopefully you'll be able to use the character creator two to three times, once for the Warden Commander (if he/she survived), Hawke, and your Inquisitor.
