I actually don't think Vivienne will be the racegated one if it turns out she's a romance option.  They never said the last two romance options were the race gated ones, it just so happened that Solas was.

 

My guess is it'd be someone like Cassandra - being racegated for humans or humans and elves.

 

But yeah, I do think Vivienne will be the final romance option, and it'd mean the breakdown would be about the same:

 

Male character interested in men: 2 options

Male character interested in women: (possibly) 3 options: 2 if you don't meet race requirements.

Male character interested in either: 5

 

Female character interested in women: 2 options (possibly 3, depending on Vivienne's orientation)

Female character interested in men: 3 options (2 if you don't meet race requirements)

Female character interested in either: 5

You know, I haven't see the Foodquisition chart in a while, and it does seem to all make sense in the end. Cole is the wax fruit, Josephine is the parfait, Cullen is the shortbread and Dorian is the suprise meatballs.

 

It feels surprisingly good to have that settled, in my own mind if nowhere else.
