1. Take a hammer and smash your iPhone.
2. Go to your local store and buy a Galaxy S3, S4 or S5.
3 Plug it in with a USB and enjoy accessing all the files on it without a program other than Windows Explore.
Honestly I think you can with iTunes or something if you download it to your PC.

To transfer music from iPhone to PC is easily, you know. The two links that Shasow shared can help. But I think it is still too complex to operate if don't know a lot about smart phone.
I've tried an easier and efficient one: TransPhone iOS Transfer.
You just need to download it on your computer, connect iPhone to PC and just the music that you want to transfer.

You can transfer iPhone music to computer and iTunes .One, you need to enable iPhone connect your computer. Two, when your iPhone is detected, iTunes should automatically load up. Three, open the File menu and select Devices in the menu. Four, you can have a choice: you can copy entire music library or select playlists, artists, albums from iPhone to iTunes library.
