I'm a pacifist, but if chantry zealots, templars or qun followers get on my nerves, heads will roll.

Depends on the playthrough but he's a list of how each of my planned Inquisitors will try to rule/personality type.

 

Mage, Knight Enchanter. Based on the Bladesinger character this guy will rule as a straight forward noble guy, where Noble means Right makes might, a hero. He'll be honest and decent, likely going for a mix of diplomacy backed by Military action when Diplomacy fails.

 

Mage, Necromancer. Based on the Drow Priestess of Kiranshee this women will rule in a method inspired by The Prince. Better to be feared than loved, take Real Politic actions and so on. She'll be cold and manipulative. Likely to go Agents followed by Military actions.

 

Mage Rift Mage Based on my Druidess PC this woman is kind and considerate with a love of Kabooms but not a fan of big military actions so is likely to be Diplomacy baced up by Agents when the Diplomacy seems not to be working

 

Rogue this guy was a joker loving tricks and pranks trying to find a way to trick people into doing what he wanted, liable to take Agents followed by Diplomacy as his approach.

 

I'll let others decide which of these is Pacfist and which is Tyrant

My character will be a more neutral as long as she can explode things at whim. Try to stop her and you'll see a tyrant.

On the subject of pacifism, I read somewhere that someone had successfully tried a fully pacifist play-through of Skyrim.

i.e. you get others to do all the killing for you and focus on healing & party buffing. No lives taken yourself.

 

I think that would be possible for dragon age if you allowed for the killing of demons only

(which would get you past the fade in DAO.)

 

In DA2 I think you could get away with playing pacifist, not killing anyone

(but allowing others to kill on your behalf).

 

A pretty bonkers way to play the game perhaps but there it is...
