I beat Mass Effect: Galaxy on the iPhone a few months ago but I do not see the in-game ME2 reward in my "Profile > Your registered game promotions" area yet. I assume this is because I have to combine my EA and Bioware accounts somehow.

Where do I go to do this?

like blood dragon armor, wardens keep, anything like that? because i just used the same email as my ea account then linked my gamertag to social account and the ea account just autolinked up.

The "Your registered game promotions" page shows only my Blood Dragon armor promotion from Dragon Age. I want to get it to show my Mass Effect Galaxy completion item as well.

well i think youll have to wait till the 26th for that to show up, no one knows what you get yet

In ME: Galaxy, you have to register the same e-mail address as is attached to your bioware and EA accounts. If you have dragon age, thats whatever e-mail address you use to login there...

If you're getting ME for 360, you need to get your gamertag associated with that e-mail address as well.

Where is this promotions page, I'm just curious?  Is it the EA site?  I want to check this out...

No one has ME:G on their registered shtuff yet, just wait and it'll get put up there.

By the way, when you create a new Bioware Social Network account you create a new EA Account, unless you used the same email as an already existing EA Account, in which case it linked your Social Site account with that EA Account. If you used a different EA account to play Mass Effect Galaxy then its likely it will get associated with that EA account, not your BSN account. If you end up with content associated with two different accounts you'll probably need to get EA Support to transfer all the content to one account.

Then you're probably okay, and your social network account is already linked to your EA Account.



The Galaxy stuff probably just isn't showing up yet. I don't see it on my promo page yet either, and I know my accounts are linked correctly, as I went through a lot of pain to get it setup for DAO.
