Why is it that every time I run into a krogan while pugging, they don't follow the objectives and generally don't even bother getting in the circle on wave 11?

I can't speak for the rest of my scaly-brothers, but here's why I refuse to extract.don't even bother getting in the circle on wave 11?
1-A)Hackett. (F_ck him!)
1-B)Cortez. (Hate him!)
2)I'm recolonizing/expanding the Krogan Empire!

with all the matches being played on giant, they are not extracting because they are already home.
good thing YOU extracted, or they would have shown you the krogan space program. which is them trying to knock you into orbit by hitting you with their gun. hasnt worked, but they dont seem to mind.
