Wait, someone said to put a bag over Cassandra's face? ![]()
Please whoever you are, tell me you realize how insensitive and how much that hurts anyone who already has self image issues, because not all of us fit the ideal, and may feel we're less attractive than Cassandra already.

Oh yes, that's actually exactly why I spend like an hour in the CC! I'm addicted to being a pretty PC.
Character creation is often my favorite part of game. Usually end up with several false starts before I find the one I'm going to get through the game with first and spending too long designing each false start lol.

I'm even worse with men; I've only ever been happy with one guy face I created.
Oh! Ask me how often I went to the mirror in DA 2 because I had to tweak her nose or eyes just the slighted bit.

I tend to do the same, but not sure if I had spent more time in CC or the game itself.

It is super insensitive, but I'll tell you what I tell myself every time I feel down: Everyone has at least one feature that makes them beautiful, and as long as you have a good support system, you will always look beautiful to the people you surround yourself with because they look at you with love.
It doesn't matter what any character or actor or celebrity looks like, as long as you can find something about yourself to love.

I think that was the point. Don't feed the trolls.

Probably as much as me, lol!!!
I've only really ever had one male character in a game I had a choice of genders that I played all the way through. His name was Robaer, he was a bastard, and he was not designed to be attractive really, but kind of stern and a bit older looking. Was funny the way he looked almost the same age as his father in game as a human noble. I wanted to marry Anora and have one of my wardens next to her on the thrown. He ended up a lecherous jerk, that slept with everyone, loved Morrigan, and married Anora for status, and made every choice based on how much power it would give him in the end regardless of who got hurt.. I still spent as long on him though, because I wanted just the right look for him. He really looked like a noble villainous bastard.
My save is gone though I miss him
But his play through will live again thanks to the keep!!!!!
I'm just sad I never got to the Witch Hunt with him.

Apparently we made the same character! But my Paris was a young, handsome Lothario. But yep, we probably made the same decisions!
Thank god for the keep, eh?

The Keep helps restore characters lost in time. I had to erase a couple just to play more in Origins.

My first through playthroughs were on an exes xbox 360. He probably still has the disc, but we don't talk, and I wouldn't be surprised if he erased Arabella and Areia out of pure spite ![]()

It's all good. Offered me the chance at multiple playthroughs on PC, right? And we get the keep.

Yeah, that does bite however, harddrives, unless magnetized still hold data. Its capable of being fetched (sorry no pun intended), if it wasn't burnt or fried completely by fire or magnet effect. Depends how it died if can recover the data.

I'm not sure, what happened with Robaer in the dalish camp was the most depraved thing I've ever seen possible in the game. I still feel sick when I think about what he ended up doing there.
And yes thank got for the keep.
I never did want to be able to control my character more than when Howe said something along the lines of, "Let me guess this is the part where you tell me about how I made you this?"
My response would have been: "You think too much of yourself, Howe, I'm just better at this than you." Stab.

I'm only halfway through my Paris playthrough, so I haven't gotten to the dalish camp yet. But I did kill Leliana and let a demon possess a little girl, and sleep with everyone possible, and killed Connor.

He was a methodical evil playthrough. He didn't kill Lel or drink the blood, because Eamon's survival was too politically useful at the time, and Lel was a useful toy. He did let the demon possess the girl though. The dalish camp was... unique circumstances made it turn out more depraved than usual and when I was done it resembles something that was threatened to be done to me at a later date, so, yeah that one scene is one thing I'm glad cannot be in the keep.

powerXmad, Unlike a lot of women in the world doesn't have short hair? mmmmkay.... A woman isn't a woman cause she has short hair..... *flips thru famous women* Nope, those must be actors not actresses, eh? But true, some guys have weird issues like that...
CaptivatingKS, I do that type of play through only once myself, had Wynne and Leliana down. Think only had at the end, my evil dude, Loghain (to do the sacrifice cause my character was too selfish to die) and the dog.

Those people can stop being so insecure. The OP isn't calling everyone ugly and isn't expecting supermodels in the game. He is just saying that they don't seem as attractive as in the past games.

Past games grow and develop. I am all for improvements upon characters. I prefer individualistic but some models needs reused to save time and money.
