We aren't missing anything. First contact has been made. Contact was made long ago, in Ancient times.

 

We see evidence of this everywhere, in recorded histories and in the modern day. I am convinced that some koind of extra terrestrial beings descended from the skoy, many years ago. There are varying theories about what happened then, but what is clear is that these extra terrestrials made some koind of impact to... ancienthumansocieties.

 

There is just too much incontrovertible evidence to say otherwise. These ancient human cultures, they made be long dead, and I mean like bodies everywhere. They have these stories about of gods coming down, from the skoy, with incredible powers and it just strikes me as odd that nobody connects these "gods" with potential... extraterrestrialbeings.

You know David icke theory? rumor about Earth real natives were the Reptilians, lizard-men who inhabited this tiny blue planet ever since the prehistoric era, then they had to flee after the Sumerian "gods" took the planet for agricultural purposes.

Probably because it is among the most recognizable and brightest in the night sky. Two of its stars (Rigel and Betelgeuse) are among the brightest stars in the night sky, and Orion is visible even in the most brightly lit of modern cities.
