Which demon do you think you would be most susceptible to?

Your options are:

-- Rage

-- Hunger

-- Sloth

-- Desire

-- Pride

-- Other: Despair, Fear, Terror, Envy, Remorse

For me it would be Sloth, hands down. I get distracted easily, procrastinate on things I don't want to do, and often get hooked on activities that feel like an escape to problems in my life. I would definitely be compelled to dreams centered around hobby and escapism.

Desire is not really too strong in me. Hunger no way, I am used to fasting and can often forget to feed myself if I'm deep into some interesting work or activities. Pride is a wild-card for me. I have rather low self-esteem, and so I'm not sure if that would make me more or less susceptible to Pride's temptations. Rage would also present another real danger for me, though I am fairly patient and not a very angry person, as I have seen myself in the past to be pushed past my limit and even had this great anger arise in dreams.

So, what about you? Just thought this would be an interesting thing to ponder and gather outside opinions on.

Would a person be more susceptible to demonic influence in the area of their own weaknesses?  After all, if you are prone to sloth yourself, you have to have developed methods of dealing with it.  So you have something to fall back on.  It could be that the stuff you're NOT used to handling would hit you the hardest.

Are we talking about our demons or our characters' demons?

IRL: Sloth I guess

For my Trevelyan: Maybe rage from having non-Maker beliefs in a family with close ties to the Chantry but being forced to work for them.

Also how are Fear and Terror separate things?

Terror demons are subservient to fear demons.

Despair demons would be my ultimate downfall as I have struggled with major depression over the past few years, so I'd be pretty screwed if I ever ran into one.

Oddly enough, I find the terror demon far more disturbing...

As for the demons... probably Desire if they look like the ones in DA:O.  No contest.

Is this what that cheeky fellow in the new trailer used to be? Or is that yet another type of demon?

Yeah, same here. (I wonder if there's an Obsessive compulsive demon? That way I'd be doubly screwed.)

Ugh...now I imagine a rampant despair demon forcing an entire town to commit suicide...

Me? Sloth, then Desire.

My Loyalist Inquisitor? Fear. I plan on him putting up a strong front due to the uniqueness and necessity of his new Fade gift, but is actually terrified ever since the Circle split from the Chantry and losing friends/family/contacts. Never being at the forefront, or being any kind of leader before, he will fear failure, as this is a do or die situation.

It's a tossup between Desire and Rage, the former likely being my Inquisitor's weakness.
