I just did the side quest for ME1 called UNC: Hostile Takeover for Helena Blake, and when I turned it in, it said it's doubtful you'll run into her again, I wonder if she will be in ME2?

Edit: Sorry, what I posted was a bit of a spoiler...

It will be interesing to see just how many side quests are going to have a mention in ME2 though.

I doubt she will be. She wasn't mentioned in the list of bits n' bobs that carry over save games, and you could kill, free or ignore her first time around.
