btw you might want to like my new disease engine from community patch, it softcodes some of the disease code - namely the ability decrease effects, which allows for things like to make the ability decrease from disease be untreatable, lower than usual (if character has that feat against diseases) etc.
same feature works for poisons
I have aldready made a DIsease whak kills on the end of incubation and spawn an monster on your place, i only have problems with the death only effect.
Oh and second questions is it possible to infect player with the custom disease by script?

You mean as in remove XP from the player? Or as in they earn less XP? Earning less XP would be tricky and would require adjusting other things.

I don't think reducing xp uptake is something I'd go for, especially if the player RPs the hell out of their predicament. Even from action-only perspective, the debilitating effects should seriously impair combat xp gain in any case.

There is the XP slider which by default is ten times its minimum.
